Club, Zone, and District Structure

Clubs

Kinsmen, Kinette, and Kin clubs are volunteer-driven organizations where individuals come together to make a positive impact in their communities, forge new friendships, and develop valuable skills. As a collective, members of clubs determine the best ways to address local needs through fundraising and service projects.

Each year, clubs elect an executive team, typically consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Risk Manager. The executive team oversees the day-to-day operations of the club. These roles offer members valuable leadership experiences.

Zones

Clubs are organized into Zones, which group nearby clubs in a specific region. Each Zone is supported by a Deputy Governor who provides guidance and assistance to clubs within the area.

Members can easily expand their personal networks in neighbouring cities through Zone meetings and events. Clubs in the same Zone can also collaborate on regional projects.

Districts

Zones are further grouped into eight larger regions across the country, known as Districts. Each District is led by an elected District Governor and their executive team. The District team organizes events for clubs within their region and plays a key role in offering support to clubs.

Districts offer members many rewarding leadership and networking opportunities. Members enjoy meeting like-minded people from their province (and surrounding regions) through District business and social functions.

Operational Staff

Kin Canada’s Operational Staff manage national administration and provide support to clubs. They implement operational activities based on our Association's strategic plan and national policies and procedures.

The staff team is led by Executive Director Randy Sidhu.
