It was amazing how fast the lunches were completed. Thank you our local Co Op that was just down the street brought over more supplies of mayo, mustard and napkins at no charge as we were getting low during assembly. Always keep all the contact information with you as we had 2 buses arrive at one location and no one was there to meet them. Several quick phone calls later the buses were off to another location. The tours were great, at one location the faciliator described the need for a fridge and the hat was passed through the line and before we left a funds were presented and a fridge was purchased. They still talk about that day when I have gone back to the facility and we are thanked all the time for going beyond our project to assist. Even though we were not able to connect with one of our arranged sites the facilities made sure the meals were shared and everyone was very appreciated our efforts. |
