| How was this project promoted in your community? |
We promoted in local papers, flyers in stores. This is an activity we do every year, a lot of donations are word of mouth. |

It is getting harder and harder to get people to help chair this project. It takes a lot of time to organize and put the auction together. We did miss some stores that we could of asked for donations but over all it was a great event. |

We are so lucky to live in a community that donates a lot of there items to us for the worthy project. We the Kinettes will donate a lot of our time and money to make this a great prioject |

Thanks to the Kinsmen the hall is free for this project, that usually cost a lot to rent the hall. The advertising cost a lot and renting the table covers for the auction tables. |

You do need about 4 months to get this project up and running. We like to have all items for auctions, two weeks before the auction. We put a full list in the local paper, this take a lot of work to get this part ready |
